3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. 2777sz is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit copies of the following:
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify 2777sz immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. 2777sz shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access where the user has failed to implement adequate security measures.
3.5 Account Inactivity. Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a continuous period of 12 months may be designated as dormant. 2777sz reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule. 4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods (JazzCash, Easypaisa) and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers. Minimum deposit requirements may vary by payment method and are subject to change without prior notice.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by 2777sz within 24 hours for verified accounts under standard conditions. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or when additional verification is required. 2777sz reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for withdrawals exceeding defined thresholds.
4.4 Own Funds Requirement. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Use of funds sourced from criminal activity, fraud, or third-party accounts is prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.
4.5 Withdrawal to Same Method. 2777sz applies an anti-money-laundering policy requiring that withdrawals be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. Residual balances may be withdrawn via an alternative verified method.
4.6 Currency. All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on 2777sz are denominated in PKR. 2777sz is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations affecting cryptocurrency deposits.
5.1 Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 2777sz are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits, which are communicated at the time the offer is presented. These specific bonus terms supplement and take precedence over these general Terms in the event of any conflict relating to bonus play.
5.2 Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 2777sz reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion. Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage betting, or bonus exploitation through coordinated play, will result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and potential account suspension.
5.3 No Cash Alternative. Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the automatic expiry of the bonus and any associated winnings.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game and betting market on 2777sz is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface or the relevant betting market. These game-specific rules are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the specific game or market in question.
6.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet or wager is not confirmed until 2777sz has accepted it and provided a confirmation reference. 2777sz reserves the right to reject, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where a technical error, pricing error, or incomplete transaction is identified prior to confirmation.
6.3 Manifest Errors. In the event of a manifest error (palpable error) in odds, game outcomes, or payouts, 2777sz reserves the right to void and refund affected bets. "Manifest error" means a clear and obvious error that a reasonable person would recognise as such, including incorrect odds due to technical malfunction.
6.4 Match Fixing & Sports Integrity. 2777sz strictly prohibits participation in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corrupt activity in any sport, including cricket. Any player found to be involved in or facilitating such activity will have their account permanently suspended and may be reported to relevant sporting and law enforcement authorities.

8.1 By 2777sz. 2777sz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or abusive purposes; (c) KYC documentation has been refused or found to be fraudulent; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to 2777sz.
8.2 By the User. You may close your 2777sz account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to your registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal processing and KYC completion. Bonus balances and associated winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
8.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access 2777sz services ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

2777sz collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using 2777sz, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 2777sz processes personal data for purposes including account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and regulatory obligations.
2777sz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 2777sz will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the 2777sz platform after the effective date of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of 2777sz's licensing authority.
14.3 Class Action Waiver. You agree to resolve disputes with 2777sz on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against 2777sz.
